Synopsis
A banner hangs on the facade of the Parchim State Theater. “Life is full of questions. Idiots are full of answers. Socrates.” An NPD stand has been set up in front of it. Flyers are being distributed eagerly. In the director's office, a debate ensues about taking action or looking away, which reveals a lot. The first engagement at the small theater in the Mecklenburg province presents Gesa and Arikia with challenges. Schumann accompanies the young women during their first two years, telling them about their hopes and doubts, about internal and external resistance.
